The Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) Voter Guide is here! If you vote by mail, you probably received your ballot last week. We know that you care about keeping the future bright for all our communities in California, and we hope this guide will help you sift through the many important decisions we are making this November.
Click here to check out this year’s California API Voter Guide, and once you’re there, take a minute to forward to your mom, uncle, cousin or anyone else who would appreciate the guide.
Your newsfeed is probably filled with daily updates on the presidential election–but there’s a ton of other important issues facing our state. You may have heard that there are 17 state ballot measures coming your way on November 8th. We’ve created the nation’s only multilingual API Voter Guide to help you make sense of them.
If you live in Oakland or Richmond, check out APEN’s Voter Guide for local measures.
A project of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders for Civic Empowerment, the California API Voter Guide is produced in English and translated into Chinese, Korean, Lao, Tagalog, Thai and Vietnamese. This year’s guide is supported by over 20 organizations across California who also are committed to educating Asian American voters. Together, we are a rising political force.
We also partnered with 18 Million Rising to produce an online version of the guide. Keep an eye out for postable, tweetable versions coming soon. Here we are on Facebook and again on Twitter.
